The ICP has a two pronged approach (see below) involving efficiency and ideation related interventions. This would translate into developing partnerships with technology solution providers, financial institutions, local communities, field partners and so on to deliver comprehensive solutions depending on whether it is a technical, financial or organization issue to address specific needs to households and small businesses
